Nilton Passos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Ismael Mendes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 12th minute, Elias Medeiros made a precise shot to the right of Vitinho Sarmento. Risca Faca IMT's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Santiago Salcedo in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vitinho Sarmento saved Risca Faca IMT from getting behind. Paulo Renato Prestes took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ismael Mendes. Ismael Mendes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. 20 minutes into the match, Flores da Cunha - RS's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Renato Prestes came free, but Ismael Mendes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Risca Faca IMT's zone, Alex Goodwin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vitinho Sarmento came out of the goal and Alex Goodwin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 31 minutes into the match, Flores da Cunha - RS's goal looked a bit too open when Leopoldo Azevedo came free, but Ismael Mendes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Risca Faca IMT's goalkeeper Vitinho Sarmento, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Flores da Cunha - RS's Ismael Mendes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Flores da Cunha - RS from getting a goal against them. 41 minutes into the match, Flores da Cunha - RS's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Renato Prestes came free, but Ismael Mendes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ismael Mendes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Renato Prestes in the 42nd minute of the match. Alex Goodwin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Radamel Aguero scored 1-3 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vitinho Sarmento, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Flores da Cunha - RS were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Romário Aparecido was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th match minute, Flores da Cunha - RS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emerson Fittipaldi to maneuver through the defense. Paulo Renato Prestes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Radamel Aguero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Flores da Cunha - RS's supporters rose to their feet, but Radamel Aguero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vitinho Sarmento breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 65 minutes into the game, Maunu Parkkonen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Risca Faca IMT's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Flores da Cunha - RS the free kick. In the 65th match minute, Risca Faca IMT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maunu Parkkonen to maneuver through the defense. Risca Faca IMT's defense didn't have a chance, in the 66th minute, when Radamel Aguero scored to the left of an out of position Vitinho Sarmento, making the score, 1-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Alex Goodwin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Flores da Cunha - RS's supporters rose to their feet, but Alex Goodwin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vitinho Sarmento breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Risca Faca IMT's Samuca Schmidt got a free kick in the 73rd minute. After having played for 75 minutes, Radamel Aguero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Flores da Cunha - RS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Radamel Aguero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ismael Mendes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopoldo Azevedo in the 76th minute of play. 79 minutes into the game, Flores da Cunha - RS's Santiago Salcedo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vitinho Sarmento made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. 84 minutes into the match, Risca Faca IMT's goalkeeper Vitinho Sarmento had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Radamel Aguero. Vitinho Sarmento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elias Medeiros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vitinho Sarmento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elias Medeiros in the 89th minute of the match. After 90 minutes, Alex Goodwin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Flores da Cunha - RS and the Risca Faca IMT players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alex Goodwin hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. During the 91st minute of the match Maunu Parkkonen completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Maunu Parkkonen a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Risca Faca IMT's Maunu Parkkonen got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Vitinho Sarmento came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Flores da Cunha - RS's Radamel Aguero. But to his dismay, Radamel Aguero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6.
