The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 2 played minutes Hartmann Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Juarês Batista. S.C.CHUÍ were awarded a corner in the 8th minute after Hartmann Futebol Clube's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luis León took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Bernardinho Abreu managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. S.C.CHUÍ's Armando Cerezo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wiktor Askelöf in the 19th minute of play. Jonas Zanette fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jefferson Oliveira having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, Hartmann Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Joris Scheer came free, but Jefferson Oliveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27thth minute of the game Joris Scheer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hartmann Futebol Clube's Jefferson Oliveira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 28 minutes of play, S.C.CHUÍ's Joris Scheer made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jefferson Oliveira was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jefferson Oliveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joris Scheer in the 32nd minute of play. Joris Scheer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Jefferson Oliveira made a huge save. Armando Cerezo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wiktor Askelöf in the 47th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The supporters of S.C.CHUÍ booed when Hartmann Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulisses Valladares didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joris Scheer struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Jefferson Oliveira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for S.C.CHUÍ. After having played for 57 minutes, Joris Scheer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. S.C.CHUÍ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joris Scheer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jefferson Oliveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joris Scheer, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Jefferson Oliveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joris Scheer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joris Scheer scored 2-0 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jefferson Oliveira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jefferson Oliveira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joris Scheer's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Jefferson Oliveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joris Scheer in the 71st minute of the match. Jefferson Oliveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joris Scheer in the 73rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joris Scheer in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jefferson Oliveira saved Hartmann Futebol Clube from getting behind. 75 minutes into the match, Hartmann Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardinho Abreu came free, but Jefferson Oliveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Armando Cerezo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Svante Magnusson in the 81st minute of play. Joris Scheer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jefferson Oliveira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. If Joris Scheer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st minute Joris Scheer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jefferson Oliveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. S.C.CHUÍ's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
