Through an outstanding action, after 3 minutes, Armando Cerezo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joris Scheer in the 6th minute of play forced CE LAJEADENSE RS's goalkeeper Flavinho Reis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 16 played minutes CE LAJEADENSE RS got a freekick which was hit by Jhon Arias. After 17 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for CE LAJEADENSE RS! S.C.CHUÍ's Qiao Liang Zhou quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Jhon Arias, made in the 19th minute of the game. Flavinho Reis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joris Scheer, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. A throw-in in the 22nd minute of the game was made by Celsinho Castro with Anísio Koehler as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Joris Scheer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Flavinho Reis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Derwin Valensuela couldn't finish the play. Joris Scheer took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Flavinho Reis. Flavinho Reis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 38 minutes into the match, Joris Scheer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Flavinho Reis. CE LAJEADENSE RS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joris Scheer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. After 44 played minutes CE LAJEADENSE RS got a freekick which was hit by Celsinho Castro. Joris Scheer took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Flavinho Reis. Flavinho Reis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4.

S.C.CHUÍ's Elder Donatello was substituted for Adalberto Soeiro. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bater Palma stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Armando Cerezo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bater Palma, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Flavinho Reis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joris Scheer in the 59th minute of the match. In the 60th minute, Emil Fărcășan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, CE LAJEADENSE RS's Giuseppe Pinheiro got a free kick in the 74th minute. Flavinho Reis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joris Scheer's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. Caetano Saad blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Armando Cerezo having to make a save. Joris Scheer scored 0-5 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Flavinho Reis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Flavinho Reis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joris Scheer went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. In the 87th minute, Joris Scheer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The S.C.CHUÍ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. When the final whistle sounded S.C.CHUÍ left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than CE LAJEADENSE RS.
