When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Esteban Gentza put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Armando Cerezo. With a little luck, TEIXEIRINHA FC's Doni das Neves got control of the ball when Joris Scheer tried to sneak it across the goal line. S.C.CHUÍ's Armando Cerezo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esteban Gentza in the 29th minute of play. In the 34th minute, Joris Scheer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 37th minute Esteban Gentza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Cerezo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Armando Cerezo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esteban Gentza in the 40th minute of play. Esteban Gentza scored 2-2 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Armando Cerezo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 43rd minute Anderson Vaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Cerezo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. TEIXEIRINHA FC's José Maria Ceresso was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Armando Cerezo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in.

S.C.CHUÍ's Elder Donatello was substituted for Adalberto Soeiro. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joris Scheer was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, S.C.CHUÍ's Armando Cerezo got control of the ball when Anderson Vaz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Joris Scheer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Doni das Neves read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. In the 84th minute, Joris Scheer made a precise shot to the right of Doni das Neves. TEIXEIRINHA FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. S.C.CHUÍ's Armando Cerezo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save S.C.CHUÍ from getting a goal against them. Doni das Neves came out of the goal and Joris Scheer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the TEIXEIRINHA FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for S.C.CHUÍ.
