The supporters of TEIXEIRINHA FC booed when MONTANHA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Radomir Narbut didn't get a good kick on the ball. Doni das Neves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wei Guang Xing in the 20th minute of play. Doni das Neves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wei Guang Xing, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. MONTANHA's Jens Mikaelsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fred Finsberg in the 24th minute of play. Doni das Neves came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by MONTANHA's Radomir Narbut. But to his dismay, Radomir Narbut quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. MONTANHA were furious when Gonçalo Matos was red carded, 29 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Doni das Neves stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wei Guang Xing's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Wei Guang Xing put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Doni das Neves. After a rather tough play, TEIXEIRINHA FC's Agostinho das Neves got a free kick in the 44th minute. Doni das Neves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wei Guang Xing, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wei Guang Xing to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55thth minute of the game Esteban Gentza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MONTANHA's Jens Mikaelsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anderson da Silva in the 66th minute of play forced MONTANHA's goalkeeper Jens Mikaelsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute Esteban Gentza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens Mikaelsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind TEIXEIRINHA FC's goalkeeper Doni das Neves, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Murillo Martins made a great header on MONTANHA's corner, it was just that TEIXEIRINHA FC's Doni das Neves managed to reach the ball for a save. José Maria Ceresso took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 78th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jens Mikaelsson. MONTANHA's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Aírton Abreu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jens Mikaelsson having to interfere. Esteban Gentza scored 2-4 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jens Mikaelsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gilbert Pochorylo hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Víctor Cuesta came free in the 94th minute and tried to tip the ball over Doni das Neves, but to the joy of TEIXEIRINHA FC's supporters the ball hit the crossbar and out. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. MONTANHA had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
