Esteban Gentza did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Flavinho Reis 12 minutes into the match. Flavinho Reis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esteban Gentza in the 15th minute of the match. After 15 minutes of play, TEIXEIRINHA FC's Esteban Gentza made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Flavinho Reis was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Feliciano Dimo came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the CE LAJEADENSE RS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Feliciano Dimo couldn't finish the play. TEIXEIRINHA FC's Doni das Neves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauricio Bitxintxo in the 20th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Mauricio Bitxintxo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Doni das Neves was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Flavinho Reis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Esteban Gentza in the 42nd minute. 46 minutes into the match, Fred Finsberg notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of CE LAJEADENSE RS's Flavinho Reis. Flavinho Reis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Feliciano Dimo to strike the kick off in the second half. Feliciano Dimo charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Feliciano Dimo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 58 minutes into the match, CE LAJEADENSE RS's goal looked a bit too open when José Maria Ceresso came free, but Flavinho Reis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Doni das Neves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauricio Bitxintxo in the 61st minute of the match. Flavinho Reis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alan dos Santos in the 69th minute of play. 74 minutes into the game, Anderson da Silva cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Flavinho Reis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fred Finsberg took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Flavinho Reis. Flavinho Reis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. TEIXEIRINHA FC fully deserved thier win.
