An unexpectedly hard shot by Laerte Lucas in the 2nd minute of play forced Bitelon FC - SAF's goalkeeper Günalp Taştan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Günalp Taştan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernandão Recife, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Günalp Taştan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laerte Lucas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 6th minute Fernandão Recife shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Günalp Taştan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Günalp Taştan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Laerte Lucas went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Ronaldo Medeiros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dimitris Papaggelatos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 10 minutes into the game, 叶凌宁 recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ronaldo Medeiros. 叶凌宁 showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Bitelon FC - SAF's Günalp Taştan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernandão Recife in the 14th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Bitelon FC - SAF's goal looked a bit too open when Olavo Matorin came free, but Günalp Taştan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bitelon FC - SAF's Günalp Taştan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laerte Lucas in the 17th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Laerte Lucas in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Günalp Taştan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Günalp Taştan came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Montevideo's Olavo Matorin. But to his dismay, Olavo Matorin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Günalp Taştan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olavo Matorin in the 27th minute of play. Günalp Taştan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bray McJon, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Günalp Taştan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laerte Lucas in the 40th minute of the match. A collision led to Montevideo getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Christian Passos hit a great ball. After the first half Montevideo were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
Bitelon FC - SAF made a substitution. Paulo José de Moraes replaced Agnaldo Batista. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Laerte Lucas made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joel Quadros during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Joel Quadros hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. 57 minutes into the game, Geovânio Rosa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bitelon FC - SAF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Montevideo the free kick. After 57 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Bitelon FC - SAF! A collision led to Montevideo getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Mário Maranhense hit a great ball. In the 63rd minute 叶凌宁 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronaldo Medeiros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Günalp Taştan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olavo Matorin in the 64th minute of play. Ronaldo Medeiros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Durval Recife in the 68th minute of play. After 69 played minutes Bitelon FC - SAF got a freekick which was hit by Durval Recife. Bitelon FC - SAF's Edmílson Rossi was substituted for Dimitris Papaggelatos. A collision led to Bitelon FC - SAF getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Durval Recife hit a great ball. Laerte Lucas took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Günalp Taştan. Günalp Taştan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. 75 minutes into the match, 叶凌宁 notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Montevideo's Ronaldo Medeiros. Ronaldo Medeiros was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Olavo Matorin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Montevideo's supporters rose to their feet, but Olavo Matorin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Günalp Taştan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 85 played minutes Bitelon FC - SAF got a freekick which was hit by Geovânio Rosa. In the 98th minute Edmílson Rossi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronaldo Medeiros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Montevideo were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
