The audience thought a goal was coming when Fernandão Trigo got free with Antonio Adán in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 20th minute of the match Matthijs Light sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Antonio Adán skillfully saved the ball.
