Dida Nascimento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vygantas Vyšniauskas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Murilo Cabral who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 9thth minute tested the skills of Juvenal Zanette when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A sloppy throw-in by Oscar Mendes in the 10th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by E.C. Galera's Igor Vander. Juvenal Zanette made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arí Pereira in the 15th minute of play. In the 19th minute Arí Pereira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juvenal Zanette saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by 狄昆傲 in the 21st minute of play forced LauerArmy's goalkeeper Dida Nascimento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. E.C. Galera's Juvenal Zanette proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save E.C. Galera from getting a goal against them. When Igor Vander came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the E.C. Galera fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Igor Vander couldn't finish the play. E.C. Galera's Juvenal Zanette played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arí Pereira in the 33rd minute of play. Murilo Cabral kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 46thth minute. Though ot was a great shot E.C. Galera's keeper Juvenal Zanette was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. After 47 minutes E.C. Galera's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Konstanty Kojder who took care of the corner kick. The corner led LauerArmy's Konstanty Kojder to fire away a dangerous shot which Juvenal Zanette despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 狄昆傲 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Killian Cruzado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. E.C. Galera's supporters crossed their fingers, but Killian Cruzado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Juvenal Zanette took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arí Pereira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arí Pereira in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juvenal Zanette saved E.C. Galera from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Igor Vander managed to get in a good position for a shot. E.C. Galera's supporters rose to their feet, but Igor Vander was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dida Nascimento breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 74th minute, but Dida Nascimento got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving LauerArmy hanging dry this time. After 74 played minutes Igor Vander rounded LauerArmy's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. Juvenal Zanette stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arí Pereira's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. The audience was convinced that Arí Pereira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Juvenal Zanette was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Igor Vander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Dida Nascimento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
