After a rather tough play, ROSÁRIO SPORT's Bruno Félix got a free kick in the 10th minute. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by ROSÁRIO SPORT's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kauan Cunha was slow to take the kick. During this time Jurassic Monsters SA's players had a chance to rest. A throw-in in the 16th minute of the game was made by Percy Rocha with Pedro Grandis as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Luiz Corrêa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luiz Fabiano Lima in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute of the match, Pedro Grandis tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Luiz Corrêa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The corner ended in Pedro Grandis almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but ROSÁRIO SPORT's Luiz Corrêa did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tony Dionísio in the 44th minute of play forced Jurassic Monsters SA's goalkeeper Yiğitcan İstanbullu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half ROSÁRIO SPORT were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Jurassic Monsters SA made a substitution. Severino Paes replaced Kauan Cunha. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half.
