After having played for 2 minutes, Chico Freire managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Compugraf's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chico Freire was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Chico Freire could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 2nd minute of the match, but Esen Sanal made a huge save. With a little luck, S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's Esen Sanal got control of the ball when Chico Freire tried to sneak it across the goal line. S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's Esen Sanal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save S.E.R. Caxias do Sul from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Renato Augusto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Duda Veiga was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. The supporters of Compugraf booed when S.E.R. Caxias do Sul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lei Feng Yan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Esen Sanal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Chico Freire went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 18 minutes into the match, Compugraf's goal looked a bit too open when Renato Augusto came free, but Duda Veiga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute, Valer Jurca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 24 played minutes Compugraf got a freekick which was hit by Valer Jurca. After 26 minutes, Renato Augusto made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Compugraf's Duda Veiga tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Chico Freire took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Esen Sanal. Esen Sanal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Renato Augusto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Duda Veiga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. A throw-in in the 36th minute of the game was made by Wellington Fonseca with Lei Feng Yan as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Esen Sanal made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Chico Freire sent off a good shot on target. Duda Veiga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renato Augusto, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Duda Veiga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renato Augusto in the 46th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's Bai Cheng Kang got a free kick in the 47th minute. Chico Freire's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Esen Sanal firmly grabbed it by the left post. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Chico Freire stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Krisztián Véber recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chico Freire in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Esen Sanal saved S.E.R. Caxias do Sul from getting behind. Lucio Siekkötter hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Chico Freire sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 65th minute, Chico Freire made a precise shot to the right of Esen Sanal. S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Esen Sanal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Segundo Eufemio in the 70th minute of play. Esen Sanal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Segundo Eufemio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lei Feng Yan in the 77th minute of play forced Compugraf's goalkeeper Duda Veiga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Segundo Eufemio scored 4-1 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Esen Sanal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Esen Sanal came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Compugraf's Walter Tufan. But to his dismay, Walter Tufan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. Esen Sanal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernandão Barbosa in the 90th minute of play. Faustão Châton hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's Esen Sanal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 贺南磊 in the 91st minute of play. Lei Feng Yan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Duda Veiga made a huge save. After a rather tough play, S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's Ricardinho de Senna got a free kick in the 96th minute. Compugraf's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
