Crisólia FBPA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ke Zhi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ismael Toscano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arí Pereira in the 19th minute of the match. After 20 played minutes LauerArmy got a freekick which was hit by Frédson de Almeida. 29 minutes into the match, Lucas Beltran had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dida Nascimento. LauerArmy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lucas Beltran was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Dida Nascimento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Beltran, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Lucas Beltran's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dida Nascimento read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Ismael Toscano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Murilo Cabral, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute.
