MarquinhosEC's Zézinho Simões played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Murilo Cabral in the 6th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Murilo Cabral managed to get in a good position for a shot. LauerArmy's supporters rose to their feet, but Murilo Cabral was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zézinho Simões breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 13th minute, Arí Pereira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zézinho Simões was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. LauerArmy's Dida Nascimento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Inácio Freitas in the 16th minute of play. Michael Meertens took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dida Nascimento. Dida Nascimento dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. MarquinhosEC's Zézinho Simões played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Murilo Cabral in the 24th minute of play. Zézinho Simões took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arí Pereira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zézinho Simões made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arí Pereira in the 27th minute of play. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Arí Pereira sped through MarquinhosEC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zézinho Simões. Dida Nascimento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Curt Montes in the 30th minute of the match. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind LauerArmy's goalkeeper Dida Nascimento, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. William Kock kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Florin Susara got free with Dida Nascimento in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nilmar Barbosa's late challenge caught a MarquinhosEC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nilmar Barbosa helped the player get up and apologised. When Vágner Porto came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the MarquinhosEC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vágner Porto couldn't finish the play. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arí Pereira made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Murilo Cabral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zézinho Simões saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Curt Montes kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. MarquinhosEC's Horácio Vides was substituted for Mark Kovalev. 62 minutes into the match, MarquinhosEC's goalkeeper Zézinho Simões had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Konstanty Kojder. In the 63rd minute Vágner Porto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dida Nascimento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, LauerArmy's goal looked a bit too open when Vágner Porto came free, but Dida Nascimento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zézinho Simões made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Murilo Cabral in the 66th minute of play. LauerArmy were awarded a corner in the 69th minute after MarquinhosEC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Konstanty Kojder took the corner. The supporters of MarquinhosEC booed when LauerArmy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilvan Queirós didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zézinho Simões showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Murilo Cabral, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arí Pereira got free with Zézinho Simões in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedrinho Siqueira in the 81st minute of play forced LauerArmy's goalkeeper Dida Nascimento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dida Nascimento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Inácio Freitas in the 82nd minute of the match. Dida Nascimento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedrinho Siqueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. When MarquinhosEC's Vágner Porto in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The coaching staff of MarquinhosEC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Curt Montes had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 91st minute of the game. One of MarquinhosEC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of LauerArmy:s goal. In the 94th minute there was a penalty for LauerArmy. Konstanty Kojder stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Zézinho Simões. 1-4. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. LauerArmy had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
