Matanza and Steelers's defense didn't have a chance, in the 15th minute, when Chico Freire scored to the left of an out of position Renan Mendes, making the score, 3-0. The supporters of Compugraf booed when Matanza and Steelers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chico Freire got free with Renan Mendes in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Duda Veiga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leysus Oktavianus in the 29th minute of the match. Chico Freire blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Renan Mendes having to make a save. Chico Freire could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Renan Mendes made a huge save. Compugraf's Duda Veiga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marvin Salamanca in the 38th minute of play. 41 minutes into the game, Chico Freire recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Renan Mendes. Chico Freire showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. Chico Freire struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Renan Mendes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Compugraf. Renan Correia hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. 46 minutes into the match, Chico Freire notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Matanza and Steelers's Renan Mendes. Renan Mendes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aaron Tello made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leysus Oktavianus in the 51st minute of play forced Compugraf's goalkeeper Duda Veiga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Compugraf made a substitution. Segundo Eufemio replaced Chico Freire. Duda Veiga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leysus Oktavianus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Matanza and Steelers defense, Segundo Eufemio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Renan Mendes. The Matanza and Steelers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Renan Mendes should have stopped the shot. Compugraf's Duda Veiga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leysus Oktavianus in the 83rd minute of play. Renan Mendes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Walter Tufan, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute.
