ROSÁRIO SPORT's Ture Möllgren was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Renan Mendes in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a little luck, ROSÁRIO SPORT's Luiz Corrêa got control of the ball when Aaron Tello tried to sneak it across the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, ROSÁRIO SPORT's goal looked a bit too open when Leysus Oktavianus came free, but Luiz Corrêa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luiz Corrêa was out of position in the 16 minute of play, and Leysus Oktavianus capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Leysus Oktavianus really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 20 minutes into the match, ROSÁRIO SPORT's goal looked a bit too open when César Lucas came free, but Luiz Corrêa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Sten Andrejević came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the ROSÁRIO SPORT fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sten Andrejević couldn't finish the play. 24 minutes into the match, Marvin Salamanca notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of ROSÁRIO SPORT's Luiz Corrêa. Luiz Corrêa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sten Andrejević's late challenge caught a Matanza and Steelers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sten Andrejević helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to ROSÁRIO SPORT getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Sten Andrejević hit a great ball. With a little luck, ROSÁRIO SPORT's Luiz Corrêa got control of the ball when Marvin Salamanca tried to sneak it across the goal line. Renan Mendes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sten Andrejević, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. But to his dismay, Sten Andrejević quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Luiz Corrêa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marvin Salamanca in the 46th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The wind increased when Sten Andrejević made the kick off in the second half. Sten Andrejević scored 2-2 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Renan Mendes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Renan Mendes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sten Andrejević, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luiz Corrêa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aaron Tello in the 60th minute of the match. Renan Mendes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sten Andrejević, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Renan Mendes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sten Andrejević, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luiz Corrêa came out of the goal and Jacek Limanowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ture Möllgren in the 78th minute of play forced Matanza and Steelers's goalkeeper Renan Mendes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Léo Araújo hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Luiz Corrêa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leysus Oktavianus, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 89th minute Wiliam Peixoto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Corrêa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
