With a little luck, MarquinhosEC's Zézinho Simões got control of the ball when César Lucas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Renan Mendes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michael Meertens, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. MarquinhosEC's Zézinho Simões played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leysus Oktavianus in the 25th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Matanza and Steelers's goal looked a bit too open when Florin Susara came free, but Renan Mendes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, MarquinhosEC's goalkeeper Zézinho Simões had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by César Lucas.
