Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Germany's Frank Sachs started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ajaz Sulstarova hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. The supporters of Germany booed when Astra Krotoszyn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ajaz Sulstarova didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jan Pająk received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tommy Kahn came out and tried to block the shot, but Jan Pająk slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 19th minute. In the 24th minute Edmundo Fontão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Astra Krotoszyn's Edmundo Fontão in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Germany's goalie prevented a goal. Szczepan Kempka could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Tommy Kahn made a huge save. Albin Holweck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Leon Piekarczyk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Franciszek Komornicki kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. Jan Pająk's late challenge caught a Germany's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jan Pająk helped the player get up and apologised. After 47 played minutes Astra Krotoszyn got a freekick which was hit by Jan Pająk. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Szczepan Kempka made the kick off in the second half. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Szczepan Kempka in the 51st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Astra Krotoszyn's Ajaz Sulstarova got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 54th minute, Ajaz Sulstarova hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Jaime Pineda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leon Piekarczyk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albin Holweck in the 63rd minute of the match. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Fontão in the 64th minute of play. Astra Krotoszyn's Leon Piekarczyk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Sachs in the 66th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Szczepan Kempka in the 69th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Fontão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71st minute, Edmundo Fontão ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Kahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in Astra Krotoszyn's zone, Frank Sachs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leon Piekarczyk came out of the goal and Frank Sachs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Frank Sachs came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Germany fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Sachs couldn't finish the play. Ajaz Sulstarova hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Szczepan Kempka in the 87th minute of play. If Albin Holweck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Adrian Dreifuss charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adrian Dreifuss the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 93rd minute, Adrian Dreifuss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Astra Krotoszyn fully deserved thier win.
