Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Metod Mlynar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sylwester Giejda having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Czarni 44 Szczecin's zone, Metod Mlynar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sylwester Giejda came out of the goal and Metod Mlynar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Czarni 44 Szczecin's Dariusz Marczyniec managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Daniel Suchy in the 21 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miromir Zdeb in the 22nd minute of play forced Slovakia's goalkeeper Henrich Slany to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Czarni 44 Szczecin's Szymon Sobczak got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Slovakia's Kornel Jahoda got a free kick in the 24th minute. Miromir Zdeb recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 31 minutes into the game, Metod Mlynar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Sylwester Giejda was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Metod Mlynar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 45 played minutes Slovakia got a freekick which was hit by Metod Mlynar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Metod Mlynar was the one to do the kick off. Metod Mlynar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sylwester Giejda having to interfere. 54 minutes into the match, Czarni 44 Szczecin's goal looked a bit too open when Oliver Holub came free, but Sylwester Giejda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th minute of the game Szczepan Radziszewski made a throw-in which Miromir Zdeb played forward. Metod Mlynar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Sylwester Giejda made a huge save. After 61 minutes, Daniel Suchy mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Slovakia and the Czarni 44 Szczecin players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 61 played minutes Slovakia got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Suchy. If Dariusz Marczyniec had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sylwester Giejda was out of position in the 81 minute of play, and Vavrinec Koleno capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Vavrinec Koleno really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. When the match clock showed 86 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Metod Mlynar sped through Czarni 44 Szczecin's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sylwester Giejda. 90 minutes into the match, Czarni 44 Szczecin's goal looked a bit too open when Metod Mlynar came free, but Sylwester Giejda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sylwester Giejda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Metod Mlynar, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Metod Mlynars short, quick shot in the 91stth minute got Sylwester Giejda to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 93rd match minute, Slovakia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Metod Mlynar to maneuver through the defense. Slovakia's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
