Potentia booed when AVV Zeeburgia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgar Gotfryd didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chiel Wilson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Rein Roetering in the 31st minute of play. Mathijs Tevreden showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bennie van Assen in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 55thth minute of the game Xiao Chang Chao who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but S.C. Potentia's Mathijs Tevreden was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Codrin Matei took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Chiel Wilson. Chiel Wilson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 63rd minute, Mauricio Contreras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 65 minutes had been played when some careless play by S.C. Potentia's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Hristiyan Lakov was slow to take the kick. During this time AVV Zeeburgia's players had a chance to rest. Hristiyan Lakov made a great header on AVV Zeeburgia's corner, it was just that S.C. Potentia's Mathijs Tevreden managed to reach the ball for a save. Potentia's attentive Erik Rensenbrink managed to snatch the ball when Xie Tian Quan made a throw-in in the 95th minute of the game. S.C. Potentia's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
