Marek Czech took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jan Tomaszewski. Jan Tomaszewski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Poland had played much better football throughout.
