Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cezar Sfârlea started the match with the kick off. 1-0 became the score in the 5th minute when Cristi Eftimescu elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Remus Marchiș took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vasile Andriescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ahmet Gündüz Yöntem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viorel Zgîrţa in the 10th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viorel Zgîrţa in the 10th minute of play forced REPUBLICII -MM-'s goalkeeper Ahmet Gündüz Yöntem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Remus Marchiș took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Corneliu Ulici, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Viorel Zgîrţa received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ahmet Gündüz Yöntem came out and tried to block the shot, but Viorel Zgîrţa slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 16th minute. The supporters of REPUBLICII -MM- booed when minerul -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valer Hăulică didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute Corneliu Ulici shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remus Marchiș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Corneliu Ulici in the 22nd minute of play forced minerul -MM-'s goalkeeper Remus Marchiș to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute Albert Gherdan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remus Marchiș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Remus Marchiș came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by REPUBLICII -MM-'s Corneliu Ulici. But to his dismay, Corneliu Ulici quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Remus Marchiș made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leontin Curteanu in the 29th minute of play. Remus Marchiș made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albert Gherdan in the 35th minute of play. Vasile Andriescu took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Remus Marchiș. Remus Marchiș dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Remus Marchiș showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albert Gherdan, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 42nd minute Leontin Curteanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remus Marchiș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute Vasile Andriescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remus Marchiș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. REPUBLICII -MM-'s Ahmet Gündüz Yöntem proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save REPUBLICII -MM- from getting a goal against them. With an all-out effort, minerul -MM-'s Ahmet Gündüz Yöntem threw himself towards the right post 45 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cristi Eftimescu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leontin Curteanu to make the kick off. Viorel Zgîrţa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Ahmet Gündüz Yöntem tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 53rdth minute of the game Cristi Eftimescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but REPUBLICII -MM-'s Ahmet Gündüz Yöntem was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Remus Marchiș made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leontin Curteanu in the 55th minute of play. Ahmet Gündüz Yöntem showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristi Eftimescu in the 57th minute of the match. Albert Gherdan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 60thth minute tested the skills of Remus Marchiș when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Remus Marchiș showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vasile Andriescu in the 61st minute of the match. Paul Ponor might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ahmet Gündüz Yöntem. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Paul Ponor ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Corneliu Ulici got free with Remus Marchiș in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 69 minutes into the game, minerul -MM-'s Viorel Zgîrţa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ahmet Gündüz Yöntem made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Viorel Zgîrţa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Gündüz Yöntem having to interfere. Costel Marghescu's late challenge caught a REPUBLICII -MM-'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Costel Marghescu helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of REPUBLICII -MM- booed when minerul -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Costel Marghescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th minute, Sergiu Stegaru sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and minerul -MM-'s Remus Marchiș didn't even have to move. 79 minutes into the match, REPUBLICII -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Viorel Zgîrţa came free, but Ahmet Gündüz Yöntem reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Remus Marchiș made an important save on a dangerous shot by Corneliu Ulici in the 80th minute. Corneliu Ulici kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. In the 82nd minute Viorel Zgîrţa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Gündüz Yöntem saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ahmet Gündüz Yöntem showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viorel Zgîrţa in the 83rd minute of the match. After 86 minutes minerul -MM-'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sergiu Stegaru who took care of the corner kick. REPUBLICII -MM-'s Ahmet Gündüz Yöntem played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cezar Sfârlea in the 87th minute of play. Remus Marchiș showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leontin Curteanu in the 89th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute Vasile Andriescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remus Marchiș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Remus Marchiș showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vasile Andriescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 95 minutes into the game, when Cristi Eftimescu put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in minerul -MM- fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 95th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Remus Marchiș, was totally fooled by REPUBLICII -MM-'s Sergiu Stegaru, who 98 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side.
