The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. AFC Prunis MM's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sol Crowther in the 4th minute. A collision led to AFC Prunis MM getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Leontin Petrulean hit a great ball. After 8 minutes of play, AFC Prunis MM's Sol Crowther made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Constantin Ţăranu was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 12th minute Răzvan Mustață shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Constantin Ţăranu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gheorghe Braru in the 14th minute of play forced C.I.L. SIGHET -MM-'s goalkeeper Constantin Ţăranu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. C.I.L. SIGHET -MM-'s Constantin Ţăranu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florin Cumpan in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Leontin Petrulean left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AFC Prunis MM fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After 22 minutes of play, AFC Prunis MM's Sol Crowther made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Constantin Ţăranu was left in no man's land by his defense there! 25 minutes into the game, AFC Prunis MM's Sol Crowther nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Constantin Ţăranu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. In the 30th minute Răzvan Mustață shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Constantin Ţăranu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Apa Panter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Albeanu in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Florin Cumpan made a precise shot to the right of Constantin Ţăranu. C.I.L. SIGHET -MM-'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. In the 44th minute, Florin Cumpan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Constantin Ţăranu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. After the first half AFC Prunis MM were leading 0-8. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Felix Albeanu to make the kick off. In the 56th minute, AFC Prunis MM's Sol Crowther ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Constantin Ţăranu. Constantin Ţăranu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-10. 62 minutes into the match, Răzvan Mustață notched a goal, 0-11, to the right of C.I.L. SIGHET -MM-'s Constantin Ţăranu. Constantin Ţăranu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Through an outstanding action, after 64 minutes, Constantin Ţăranu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Sol Crowther took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Constantin Ţăranu. Constantin Ţăranu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-13. Avram Danciu charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Avram Danciu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Avram Danciu hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. AFC Prunis MM made a substitution. Narcis Ţintă replaced Răzvan Mustață. After 88 played minutes C.I.L. SIGHET -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Avram Danciu. Constantin Ţăranu made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Narcis Ţintă sent off a good shot on target. In the 94th minute Sol Crowther suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristian Basarabescu during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. AFC Prunis MM made a substitution. Horea Rusu replaced Sol Crowther. After 95 played minutes C.I.L. SIGHET -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Basarabescu.
