Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Tricolor's 叶平卫 started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Marciano Fagondo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Uriel Isias's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. 17 minutes had been played when some careless play by Tricolor's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nicanor Porfirio was slow to take the kick. During this time Juniors FC's players had a chance to rest. Lázaro Colon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardino Gil in the 20th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Uriel Isias in the 25th minute of play forced Tricolor's goalkeeper Marciano Fagondo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tómas Planet got free with Lázaro Colon in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Arnie Mcquoid charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arnie Mcquoid the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 30 played minutes Tricolor got a freekick which was hit by Arnie Mcquoid. Lázaro Colon made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when 叶平卫 sent off a good shot on target. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Uriel Isias made a kick off. After some careless play in the Juniors FC defense, Bernardino Gil kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lázaro Colon. The Juniors FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lázaro Colon should have stopped the shot. After 61 minutes Tricolor's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nicanor Porfirio who took care of the corner kick. At last the ball reached Uriel Isias at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Tricolor. 1-1. Uriel Isias who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 68thth minute tested the skills of Marciano Fagondo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Juniors FC made a substitution. Severino Garikoitz replaced Nicanor Porfirio. In the 70th minute, Bernardino Gil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 78 minutes into the match, Juniors FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardino Gil came free, but Lázaro Colon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 83 minutes Tricolor's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Wlodzimierz Lepper who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Severino Garikoitz got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marciano Fagondo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zacarias Lordi in the 87th minute of play forced Juniors FC's goalkeeper Lázaro Colon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Tricolor's goalkeeper Marciano Fagondo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enrique Frasco. In the 90th minute of the match Juniors FC got a corner. Tricolor's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Wlodzimierz Lepper ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Tricolor's goalie and right to Enrique Frasco. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Tricolor's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Tricolor's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Enrique Frasco 92 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. The Juniors FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
