But to his dismay, Albino Raebert quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 12th minute Domingo Inko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Glogowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcos Berdoi spun around in front of the goal 14 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Club Atlethico Talleres's goal. A collision led to Club Atlético Atlanta getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Paolo Caradaro hit a great ball. In the 20thth minute of the game Şevket Çağa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Atlethico Talleres's Manuel Hibai was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Club Atlético Atlanta booed when Club Atlethico Talleres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingo Inko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Manuel Hibai was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Şevket Çağa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 28 minute of play. In the 31st minute Albino Raebert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Glogowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Club Atlethico Talleres booed when Club Atlético Atlanta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eustaquio Jaizki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingo Inko in the 35th minute of play. Manuel Hibai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustaquio Jaizki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcos Berdoi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Manuel Hibai made a huge save. Club Atlético Atlanta's Eustaquio Jaizki got his second yellow card of the match in the 40th minute. The referee ordered Eustaquio Jaizki off the ground. In the 45th minute Domingo Inko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Glogowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 47 played minutes Club Atlethico Talleres got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Astudillo.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Şevket Çağa made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atlethico Talleres's zone, Şevket Çağa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manuel Hibai came out of the goal and Şevket Çağa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Şevket Çağa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 68th minute, Şevket Çağa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Remigio Erramu struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Manuel Hibai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atlético Atlanta. 72 minutes into the game, Paolo Caradaro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atlético Atlanta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atlethico Talleres the free kick. Paolo Caradaro hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 79th match minute, Club Atlético Atlanta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paolo Caradaro to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Şevket Çağa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Manuel Hibai was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. In the 84th minute, Marcos Berdoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Domingo Inko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Club Atlethico Talleres defense, Şevket Çağa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Manuel Hibai. The Club Atlethico Talleres fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Manuel Hibai should have stopped the shot. 92 minutes into the match, Club Atlethico Talleres's goal looked a bit too open when Şevket Çağa came free, but Manuel Hibai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Club Atlethico Talleres's Manuel Hibai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Berdoi in the 93rd minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Club Atlético Atlanta had played much better football throughout.
