The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gustavo Guimarães took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Ali Yücesan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Knud Venzin got free with Igor de Barros in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 8th minute, Herminio Florinio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Deportivo Águila fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Igor de Barros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herminio Florinio in the 15th minute of the match. Gustavo Guimarães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Ali Yücesan, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. After 29 played minutes Club Deportivo Águila got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Alvarenga. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Ali Yücesan in the 31st minute of play forced Club Deportivo Águila's goalkeeper Gustavo Guimarães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Herminio Florinio scored 2-0 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Igor de Barros, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Ahmet Ali Yücesan put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Gustavo Guimarães. Xiao Zhen Yun hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Ramon Gomez kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. The supporters of H4K.BR booed when Club Deportivo Águila was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramon Gomez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ahmet Ali Yücesan took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gustavo Guimarães. Gustavo Guimarães dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Club Deportivo Águila made a substitution. Dário Diniz replaced Herminio Florinio. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dário Diniz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gustavo Guimarães made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Xiao Zhen Yun sent off a good shot on target. Club Deportivo Águila's Gustavo Guimarães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Ali Yücesan in the 55th minute of play. Gustavo Guimarães came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by H4K.BR's Xiao Zhen Yun. But to his dismay, Xiao Zhen Yun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Knud Venzin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67th match minute, Club Deportivo Águila was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Reyes to maneuver through the defense. Ahmet Ali Yücesan struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Gustavo Guimarães didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for H4K.BR. Claudinho Toledo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Gustavo Guimarães made a huge save. Xiao Zhen Yun took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gustavo Guimarães. Gustavo Guimarães dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Ali Yücesan in the 75th minute of play forced Club Deportivo Águila's goalkeeper Gustavo Guimarães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Club Deportivo Águila getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Knud Venzin hit a great ball. After 78 played minutes Club Deportivo Águila got a freekick which was hit by Knud Venzin. Xiao Zhen Yun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Gustavo Guimarães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 86th match minute, Club Deportivo Águila was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by William Corpeño to maneuver through the defense. Gustavo Guimarães made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Claudinho Toledo sent off a good shot on target.
