An unexpectedly hard shot by Radomil Mroczynski in the 13th minute of play forced Club Atlethico Talleres's goalkeeper Manuel Hibai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 47 minutes, Manuel Hibai successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

After 51 played minutes Club Atlethico Talleres got a freekick which was hit by Albino Raebert. In the 88th minute Kristian Knudsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Hibai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94th minute, Ralf Ronde hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. KYRA FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
