The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Pastor Frantzes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicanor Porfirio in the 5th minute of the match. Ermegildo Quilo made in the 7th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Hugo Raitin however managed to control. Uriel Isias might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pastor Frantzes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Uriel Isias ran back to his position shaking his head. Pastor Frantzes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Uriel Isias, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 18 minutes into the game, Daniel Loi threw the ball into play from the sideline. Sajones F.C.'s Jakub Kiwior quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Sajones F.C.'s Pastor Frantzes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Uriel Isias in the 23rd minute of play. 24 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sajones F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nicanor Porfirio was slow to take the kick. During this time Juniors FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Nicanor Porfirio almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Sajones F.C.'s Pastor Frantzes did a great save. With a little luck, Juniors FC's Lázaro Colon got control of the ball when Hugo Raitin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Juniors FC's Lázaro Colon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Juniors FC from getting a goal against them. Nicanor Porfirio's late challenge caught a Sajones F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicanor Porfirio helped the player get up and apologised. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Uriel Isias to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Juniors FC got a freekick which was hit by Matias Panpili. In the 54th minute Hugo Raitin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lázaro Colon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pastor Frantzes was a little too slow when Uriel Isias got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 63rd minute. The score was now 0-1. After a rather tough play, Sajones F.C.'s Mo Feng Xiang got a free kick in the 69th minute. Juniors FC's Enrique Frasco was substituted for Uriel Isias. Sajones F.C. made a substitution. Giuseppe Preca replaced Hugo Raitin. A collision led to Sajones F.C. getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Mo Feng Xiang hit a great ball. The throw-in from Jakub Kiwior in the 71st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Juniors FC's Severino Garikoitz. When the match clock showed 72 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Enrique Frasco sped through Sajones F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pastor Frantzes. Lázaro Colon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giuseppe Preca in the 76th minute of play. Pastor Frantzes was out of position in the 80 minute of play, and Enrique Frasco capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Enrique Frasco really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Kami Glik kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sajones F.C.'s goalkeeper Pastor Frantzes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 94th play minutes Enrique Frasco shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Pastor Frantzes and just under the crossbar into goal.
