After 35 minutes of play, Alemannia Aachen's Valter Xabat made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Atilano Benat was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valter Xabat in the 39th managed to get into a good position. Atilano Benat had in the 86thth minute some difficulties stopping Manfred Kottsieper's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his right side, but he still managed to hold the ball Atilano Benat was out of position in the 86 minute of play, and Manfred Kottsieper capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Manfred Kottsieper really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. Atilano Benat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valter Xabat, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Dromes FC's Atilano Benat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valter Xabat in the 92nd minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Manuel Erlantz in the 94th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Alemannia Aachen's Manfred Kottsieper. Valter Xabat struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Atilano Benat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alemannia Aachen. The Alemannia Aachen players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
