With a couple of smart ball manuevers Augustin Văduvescu in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mateo Michael saved Atlético Nuevo Laredo from getting behind. The supporters of Atlético Nuevo Laredo booed when DINAMO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ryszard Borcz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ysmael Marfil stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rodrigo Rojas's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Tobías Astorgas short, quick shot in the 21stth minute got Ysmael Marfil to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Mateo Michael took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augustin Văduvescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Atlético Nuevo Laredo defense, Ryszard Borcz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mateo Michael. The Atlético Nuevo Laredo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mateo Michael should have stopped the shot. Atlético Nuevo Laredo's Mateo Michael played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ryszard Borcz in the 34th minute of play. Ysmael Marfil made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Tobías Astorga sent off a good shot on target. Tobías Astorga had several of the DINAMO's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 36 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Ysmael Marfil as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 40th minute Moise Vlădean shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Michael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alex Fința hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Atlético Nuevo Laredo's Mateo Michael played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moise Vlădean in the 44th minute of play. DINAMO were awarded a corner in the 46th minute after Atlético Nuevo Laredo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Leonard Demian took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Atlético Nuevo Laredo's goalie and right to Ryszard Borcz. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Atlético Nuevo Laredo's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 邓真傲 made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Moise Vlădean got free with Mateo Michael in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 57 minutes into the match, Atlético Nuevo Laredo's goal looked a bit too open when Ryszard Borcz came free, but Mateo Michael reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ysmael Marfil stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tobías Astorga's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. In the 61st minute Tobías Astorga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ysmael Marfil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Ryszard Borcz notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Atlético Nuevo Laredo's Mateo Michael. Mateo Michael was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ysmael Marfil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Rojas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 70 minutes DINAMO's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Carolo Bernat who took care of the corner kick. Carolo Bernat made a great header on Atlético Nuevo Laredo's corner, it was just that DINAMO's Ysmael Marfil managed to reach the ball for a save. Ysmael Marfil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobías Astorga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Augustin Văduvescu took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Mateo Michael to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobías Astorga in the 82nd minute of play forced DINAMO's goalkeeper Ysmael Marfil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in DINAMO's zone, Tobías Astorga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ysmael Marfil came out of the goal and Tobías Astorga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Rojas in the 87th minute of play forced DINAMO's goalkeeper Ysmael Marfil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 88 minutes DINAMO's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Carolo Bernat who took care of the corner kick. Ysmael Marfil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodrigo Rojas, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. The Atlético Nuevo Laredo supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching DINAMO's performance. The match ended with a win for DINAMO.
