The shot was a little too simple and Rune Jarstein could save by the left post. After 30 minutes of play, Hertha 1969's Kristian Oswald made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iwan Lepucki was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Hertha 1969's Rune Jarstein got control of the ball when Xavier von Felten tried to sneak it across the goal line. 34 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hertha 1969's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Amerigo Labarra was slow to take the kick. During this time LavAzzA's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Amerigo Labarra got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rune Jarstein quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Hertha 1969's Zé Paulo da Silva in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 40th minute Xavier von Felten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rune Jarstein saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 66th minute Adam Vase shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rune Jarstein saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kuno Kubin's late challenge caught a Hertha 1969's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kuno Kubin helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, LavAzzA's Kuno Kubin got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Iwan Lepucki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilhelm Nienhaus, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 98th minute, Kristian Oswald managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hertha 1969's supporters rose to their feet, but Kristian Oswald was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iwan Lepucki breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Hertha 1969 players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented LavAzzA from taking control.
