AVANTUL PETRICANI's supporters rose to their feet, but Ion Moscu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Franco Moscatelli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With his leg Franco Moscatelli managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when AVANTUL PETRICANI's Ion Moscu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Pompiliu Murgescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Polat Aranda in the 38th minute of the match. With a little luck, La Scaloneta's Franco Moscatelli got control of the ball when Jan-Willem Adams tried to sneak it across the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ion Moscu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Franco Moscatelli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ion Moscu, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in La Scaloneta's zone, Ion Moscu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Franco Moscatelli came out of the goal and Ion Moscu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 傅竞昆 kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Ion Moscu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in La Scaloneta's zone, Ion Moscu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Franco Moscatelli came out of the goal and Ion Moscu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Enrique Rozarius was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 79th minute. La Scaloneta's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. La Scaloneta's Franco Moscatelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jani Petters in the 83rd minute of play. AVANTUL PETRICANI's Pompiliu Murgescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilberto Izel in the 85th minute of play. If Diamantino Phoenix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute.
