Vinícius Junior hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, La Scaloneta's Damian Eduino got a free kick in the 59th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Enrique Rozarius got free with Ysmael Marfil in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A nice corner shot did that Enrique Rozarius got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ysmael Marfil quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. La Scaloneta's Enrique Rozarius managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Otávio Penha in the 74 minute of the game. The supporters of La Scaloneta booed when DINAMO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dorin Agârbiceanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. DINAMO's Ysmael Marfil proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save DINAMO from getting a goal against them. The referee ignored La Scaloneta's protests and gave Polat Aranda a yellow card for diving instead. DINAMO made a substitution. Maxim Fința replaced Henric Casas. Polat Aranda kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. The La Scaloneta supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing La Scaloneta would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
