They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

Neil Long came out of the goal and Karl-Åke Termander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Harchester United's Neil Long played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Åke Termander in the 61st minute of play. In the 64th minute, Karl-Åke Termander reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Neil Long. The goal made the score 3-2. 68 minutes into the match, Harchester United's goalkeeper Neil Long had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karl-Åke Termander. The audience thought a goal was coming when Karl-Åke Termander got free with Neil Long in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had been going on for 77 minutes, Djurgårdens IF's Karl-Åke Termander got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Neil Long. 81 minutes into the match, Harchester United's goalkeeper Neil Long had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karl-Åke Termander.
