The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in DONPATO's zone, Kara-Murat Goiano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alkan Soysaltürk came out of the goal and Kara-Murat Goiano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 9th minute, Funebrero FC's Elias Emeterio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alkan Soysaltürk. Alkan Soysaltürk yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 14th minute Benedito de Sousa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Guillelmus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Piarres Cabredo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Alkan Soysaltürk made a huge save. After a rather tough play, DONPATO's Albino Abeijon got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 28th minute, Timoteo Dalmau hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. German Tallia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Alkan Soysaltürk made a huge save. After a rather tough play, DONPATO's Dé Sensø got a free kick in the 36th minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benedito de Sousa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Funebrero FC's Elias Emeterio quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Albino Abeijon, made in the 57th minute of the game. Lucas Martínez Quarta kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by German Tallia in the 59th minute of play forced DONPATO's goalkeeper Alkan Soysaltürk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Funebrero FC's Piarres Cabredo got a free kick in the 59th minute. After 62 minutes of play, Funebrero FC's Aaron Lizardi made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alkan Soysaltürk was left in no man's land by his defense there! 66 minutes into the match, DONPATO's goal looked a bit too open when Aaron Lizardi came free, but Alkan Soysaltürk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 66 minutes into the game, Aaron Lizardi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Alkan Soysaltürk was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alkan Soysaltürk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aaron Lizardi, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Dé Sensø kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. DONPATO's Alkan Soysaltürk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kara-Murat Goiano in the 75th minute of play. If Aaron Lizardi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 83 minutes into the match, DONPATO's goal looked a bit too open when Kara-Murat Goiano came free, but Alkan Soysaltürk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alkan Soysaltürk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elias Emeterio in the 88th minute of the match. Elias Emeterio took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alkan Soysaltürk. Alkan Soysaltürk dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. 91 minutes into the match, Elias Emeterio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alkan Soysaltürk. DONPATO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elias Emeterio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. Funebrero FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
