In the 27th minute Augusto Tiniebra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Casomiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Melchor Oxel during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Simoneta FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Melchor Oxel hit a great ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
