Benedito de Sousa succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 13th playminute. Benedito de Sousa might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julian Mannuel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benedito de Sousa ran back to his position shaking his head. Julian Mannuel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Julian Mannuel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benedito de Sousa went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Julian Mannuel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. DONPATO had won after a very even match.
