After a defensive mix-up in Real Camaçari Futbol Club's zone, Dennis Bergkamp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tan Açıkel came out of the goal and Dennis Bergkamp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Aírton Novaes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roberto Pachistre struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Aílton Fernandez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Camaçari Futbol Club. 17 minutes into the game, Agro Imortal's Dennis Bergkamp nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tan Açıkel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. When Dennis Bergkamp fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Agro Imortal's protests and gave Dennis Bergkamp a yellow card for diving instead. Dennis Bergkamp hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Tan Açıkel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dennis Bergkamp went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. With his leg Tan Açıkel managed to avoid a goal in the 32ndth minute, when Agro Imortal's Aírton Novaes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 36th minute, Dennis Bergkamp left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Agro Imortal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Harry Stanley could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Tan Açıkel made a huge save.

51 minutes into the game, Agro Imortal's Aírton Novaes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tan Açıkel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. The supporters of Agro Imortal booed when Real Camaçari Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcos Paranaense didn't get a good kick on the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Real Camaçari Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Aírton Novaes came free, but Tan Açıkel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roberto Pachistre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aílton Fernandez having to interfere. Dennis Bergkamp scored 7-0 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tan Açıkel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Aírton Novaes put it in 8-0 from a short distance just to the right of Tan Açıkel. Agro Imortal's Bolo Massa was substituted for Aírton Novaes. After some careless play in the Real Camaçari Futbol Club defense, Delfim da Costa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tan Açıkel. The Real Camaçari Futbol Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tan Açıkel should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Agro Imortal booed when Real Camaçari Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vinícius Mattos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tan Açıkel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Delfim da Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Delfim da Costa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tan Açıkel was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. In the 91st minute Agro Imortal were awarded a corner. Osmar Baiano went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Delfim da Costa almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Real Camaçari Futbol Club's Tan Açıkel did a great save.
