In the 3rd minute, Shadows United's Zdzislaw Kazanowski seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Zdzislaw Kazanowski the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Shadows United protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Zdzislaw Kazanowski had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 3 minutes into the game, one of Shadows United:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dawid Olejarz in the 7th minute of play forced Shadows United's goalkeeper Kurt Björkdahl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Shadows United getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Damian Kasprzak hit a great ball. Kurt Björkdahl made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Ethan Mbappè sent off a good shot on target. Dobromir Nalaskowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Damian Kasprzak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Leszek Wielopolski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leszek Wielopolski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Kasprzak, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Leszek Wielopolski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damian Kasprzak in the 37th minute of the match. In the 41st minute Damian Kasprzak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leszek Wielopolski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. INTER Sosnowiec's Leszek Wielopolski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olaf Wisniewski in the 44th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Dobromir Nalaskowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Shadows United's supporters rose to their feet, but Dobromir Nalaskowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leszek Wielopolski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. INTER Sosnowiec's Klement Zachemski was substituted for Dawid Olejarz.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Greg Bridgeman to make the kick off. Olaf Wisniewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edinson Cavani hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Ethan Mbappè recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kurt Björkdahl didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when INTER Sosnowiec's Greg Bridgeman shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 79th match minute, Shadows United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dobromir Nalaskowski to maneuver through the defense. 80 minutes into the match, Ethan Mbappè had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kurt Björkdahl. Shadows United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ethan Mbappè was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. The corner ended in Olaf Wisniewski almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but INTER Sosnowiec's Leszek Wielopolski did a great save. In the 87th minute, Ksawery Czajka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 88 minutes, Ethan Mbappè managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. INTER Sosnowiec's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ethan Mbappè was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to INTER Sosnowiec getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Roland Oleszak hit a great ball. Shadows United's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
