The audience was convinced that Damian Kasprzak's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Simon Högberg was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Czeslaw Dubilas during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Simon Högberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Kasprzak in the 96th minute of play. 98 minutes into the match, Shadows United's goalkeeper Kurt Björkdahl had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomasz Dziura. The Shadows United players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
