The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a little luck, Wicher Wilchwy Come Back's Simon Högberg got control of the ball when Greg Bridgeman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leszek Wielopolski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jiang Fan Yun, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 17th minute Greg Bridgeman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simon Högberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Wicher Wilchwy Come Back's Czeslaw Dubilas got a free kick in the 24th minute. But to his dismay, Klement Zachemski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Leszek Wielopolski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Izydor Roman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Izydor Roman made the kick off in the second half. Wicher Wilchwy Come Back's Simon Högberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Greg Bridgeman in the 54th minute of play. When Radomil Nakonieczny came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Wicher Wilchwy Come Back fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Radomil Nakonieczny couldn't finish the play. Wicher Wilchwy Come Back made a substitution. Tomasz Dziura replaced Izydor Roman. INTER Sosnowiec's Leszek Wielopolski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save INTER Sosnowiec from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jiang Fan Yun in the 88th minute of play forced INTER Sosnowiec's goalkeeper Leszek Wielopolski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Czeslaw Dubilas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leszek Wielopolski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horia Răzvan, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Milosz Fafinski hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute, Wicher Wilchwy Come Back's Horia Răzvan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Leszek Wielopolski. Leszek Wielopolski yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-2. INTER Sosnowiec's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
