Palestra do Interior's Allan Varela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeng Xu Yuan in the 4th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Zeng Xu Yuan took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Allan Varela to make any attempt to save it. 10 minutes into the game, Luiz Fernando de Lara threw the ball into play from the sideline. Palestra do Interior's Ulises Dominguez quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Allan Varela made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Zeng Xu Yuan sent off a good shot on target. Paulo Godoi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Moisés Arruda having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Godoi in the 19th minute of play forced Poetass FC's goalkeeper Moisés Arruda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Palestra do Interior's 吴洲坚 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Moisés Arruda narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 23rd minute, Paulo Godoi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Palestra do Interior fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Moisés Arruda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Godoi in the 26th minute of the match. Hudson Sergipano was slow to take the kick. During this time Palestra do Interior's players had a chance to rest. Hudson Sergipano made a great header on Palestra do Interior's corner, it was just that Poetass FC's Moisés Arruda managed to reach the ball for a save. 43 minutes into the game, Poetass FC's Zeng Xu Yuan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. A throw-in in the 53rd minute of the game was made by Luiz Fernando de Lara with Zeng Xu Yuan as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Allan Varela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kalle Billberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Poetass FC's goalkeeper Moisés Arruda, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jon-Egil Schjelderup in the 64th minute of play forced Palestra do Interior's goalkeeper Allan Varela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulo Godoi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Moisés Arruda made a huge save. Paulo Godoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moisés Arruda having to interfere. Palestra do Interior made a substitution. Eugênio Alagoano replaced Moisés Matorin. Poetass FC made a substitution. Váldson Miranda replaced Cleiton Carioca. Poetass FC's Celsinho Montenegro was substituted for Cássio Maia. Palestra do Interior's Vitório Lago was substituted for Paulo Godoi. In the 81st match minute, Poetass FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Witalis Brysz to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Vitório Lago took a quick shot and it went in 4-2 without a chance for Moisés Arruda to make any attempt to save it. A throw-in in the 90th minute of the game was made by Luiz Fernando de Lara with Kalle Billberg as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 95 minutes into the match, Vitório Lago notched a goal, 4-3, to the right of Poetass FC's Moisés Arruda. Moisés Arruda was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the referee ended the match the Poetass FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
