After a rather tough play, Beşiktaş's Berker Işınsu got a free kick in the 13th minute. Garip Uygar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Şensoy Tecer was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Garip Uygar showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 18 minute of play. In the 21st minute, Yesiltepespor's Zekeriya Kahveci ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Şensoy Tecer. Şensoy Tecer yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Erdem Attar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 30th minute, Serbülent Develi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Garip Uygar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 35 minutes into the match, Yesiltepespor's goal looked a bit too open when Anıl Arda İğdemir came free, but Esat Serhad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cenan Ünsever fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şensoy Tecer having to interfere. The supporters of Beşiktaş booed when Yesiltepespor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Coşkun Cilasun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Atıf Servet to make the kick off. Esat Serhad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Atıf Servet, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. When the referee ended the match the Yesiltepespor players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
