Breccan Savic could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Aldo Meta made a huge save. In the 5th minute, Irwin Tracy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 6 played minutes Clooncoose got a freekick which was hit by Dawayne McLiam. Pogradeci FCA's Aldo Meta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Pogradeci FCA from getting a goal against them. Earnán Savic took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kajo Qose, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fionn Quinnless during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tonin Roçi in the 25th minute of play forced Clooncoose's goalkeeper Earnán Savic to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aldo Meta made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Brannon Duggan sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Clooncoose's Brannon Duggan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Aldo Meta. That made the score 2-0 after 36 minutes of play. In the 39th match minute, Pogradeci FCA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olsi Angjeli to maneuver through the defense. Aldo Meta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Irwin Tracy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brannon Duggan scored 3-0 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aldo Meta, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Clooncoose's Breccan Savic got a free kick in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kajo Qose made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carson McJohnny in the 52nd minute of play forced Pogradeci FCA's goalkeeper Aldo Meta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Earnán Savic made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fran Lamce in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th minute, Fran Lamce hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brannon Duggan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aldo Meta read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Arqile Muçollari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Earnán Savic having to interfere. Clooncoose's Carson McJohnny quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Olsi Angjeli, made in the 67th minute of the game. In the 68th minute, Brannon Duggan made a precise shot to the right of Aldo Meta. Pogradeci FCA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. After 74 played minutes Pogradeci FCA got a freekick which was hit by Mazllum Murati. Earnán Savic made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Arqile Muçollari sent off a good shot on target. In the 78th minute, Donavan Harkin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 86 minutes, Brannon Duggan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Clooncoose's supporters crossed their fingers, but Brannon Duggan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Brannon Duggan struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Aldo Meta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Clooncoose. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kajo Qose in the 89th minute of play forced Clooncoose's goalkeeper Earnán Savic to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pogradeci FCA's Aldo Meta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brannon Duggan in the 94th minute of play. A collision led to Clooncoose getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Thurl Cronin hit a great ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Pogradeci FCA players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Clooncoose.
