Garip Osmanoğlu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 20th minute of the match, Qian Kuan got a very nice opportunity to score, but Khalid Kennedy was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Yenimahallegücü's Garip Osmanoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kyle Cox in the 40th minute of play. Kyle Cox struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Garip Osmanoğlu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for England. 44 minutes into the match, England's Issac Dawson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Garip Osmanoğlu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 45 minutes, Khalid Kennedy successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A collision led to England getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Xavier Gallagher hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kudret Güngör was the one to do the kick off. In the 60th minute Enis Behiç Afacan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khalid Kennedy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Yenimahallegücü's zone, Kyle Cox stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Garip Osmanoğlu came out of the goal and Kyle Cox tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 67th minute Enis Behiç Afacan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khalid Kennedy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th minute, Kyle Cox got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 73 minutes into the game, Issac Dawson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Garip Osmanoğlu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kyle Cox in the 76th minute of play forced Yenimahallegücü's goalkeeper Garip Osmanoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 77 minutes into the game, Eddie Willis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. England's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yenimahallegücü the free kick. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kyle Cox couldn't finish the play. Garip Osmanoğlu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Kyle Cox fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Garip Osmanoğlu having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Qian Kuan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yenimahallegücü's supporters rose to their feet, but Qian Kuan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Khalid Kennedy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Khalid Kennedy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kudret Güngör, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Kyle Cox had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. England walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
