If Sergiu Bociort had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dragoş Boieru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Agesilaus Lalagos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sergiu Bociort sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 26th minute of the match Dumitru Oprișan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Agesilaus Lalagos showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Dragoş Boieru managed to get in a good position for a shot. Borospatak SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dragoş Boieru was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Agesilaus Lalagos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Sergiu Bociort's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Agesilaus Lalagos was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. 37 minutes into the game, Borospatak SC's Sergiu Bociort nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. In the 47th match minute, Borospatak SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valeriu Opaina to maneuver through the defense.

The wind increased when Alkyoneus Mitsinikos made the kick off in the second half. Dragoş Boierus short, quick shot in the 58thth minute got Agesilaus Lalagos to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Agesilaus Lalagos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dragoş Boieru in the 61st minute. After a rather tough play, Asproyerakáta's Teukros Kotsilimbas got a free kick in the 65th minute. Agesilaus Lalagos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergiu Bociort, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Agesilaus Lalagos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergiu Bociort in the 90th minute of play. Kenny Rothwell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alkyoneus Mitsinikos's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. The Asproyerakáta supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Borospatak SC's performance. The match ended with a win for Borospatak SC.
