Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Higinio Lapurdi took the kick off in the first half of the match. Higinio Lapurdi struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Patrick Bedford didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Calchín FC. Nalo Viego succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 6th playminute. Vince Bentham was a little too slow when Ovidio Gala got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 13th minute. The score was now 2-0. 17 minutes into the match, Zaragocilla FC's Ovidio Gala sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vince Bentham narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vince Bentham came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Zaragocilla FC's Ovidio Gala. But to his dismay, Ovidio Gala quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 20th minute, Melquiades Lizar made a precise shot to the right of Patrick Bedford. Zaragocilla FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. A collision led to Zaragocilla FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Kepa Espejo hit a great ball. When Melquiades Lizar came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Calchín FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Melquiades Lizar couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ovidio Gala in the 28th minute of play forced Calchín FC's goalkeeper Vince Bentham to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nalo Viego took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vince Bentham. Vince Bentham dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Zaragocilla FC's Patrick Bedford played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melquiades Lizar in the 42nd minute of play. Calchín FC were awarded a corner in the 44th minute after Zaragocilla FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Charlie Saunders took the corner. If Higinio Lapurdi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ovidio Gala made a kick off. When Calchín FC's Higinio Lapurdi in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Zaragocilla FC's goalie prevented a goal. 58 minutes into the game, Lino Roldan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Calchín FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zaragocilla FC the free kick. After 59 played minutes Calchín FC got a freekick which was hit by Lino Roldan. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Ovidio Gala managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zaragocilla FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ovidio Gala was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vince Bentham breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With his leg Patrick Bedford managed to avoid a goal in the 63rdth minute, when Calchín FC's Melquiades Lizar fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Higinio Lapurdi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nalo Viego in the 72nd minute of play forced Calchín FC's goalkeeper Vince Bentham to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rdth minute of the game Higinio Lapurdi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zaragocilla FC's Patrick Bedford was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 75th minute Nalo Viego shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vince Bentham saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Higinio Lapurdi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 86th minute, Garci Sañudo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Patrick Bedford showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Higinio Lapurdi, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Ovidio Gala managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zaragocilla FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ovidio Gala was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Patrick Bedford showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Higinio Lapurdi, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Zaragocilla FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
