Juventud Valiosa were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after Atlético de Caracas's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marcelo Masa took the corner. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, 贺剑永 managed to get in a good position for a shot. Juventud Valiosa's supporters rose to their feet, but 贺剑永 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zarando Calva breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cuero Ezquierdo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aires Laguno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute of the match Atlético de Caracas got a corner. Juventud Valiosa's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gabirel Caceo ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Atlético de Caracas's Gabirel Caceo to fire away a dangerous shot which Cuero Ezquierdo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Cuero Ezquierdo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rolando Alley, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 23 minutes into the match, Juventud Valiosa's goal looked a bit too open when Rolando Alley came free, but Cuero Ezquierdo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Aires Laguno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aires Laguno in the 31st minute of play forced Juventud Valiosa's goalkeeper Cuero Ezquierdo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes into the game, Castillo Floranes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Zarando Calva was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 38th minute of the match, Castillo Floranes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Zarando Calva saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Atlético de Caracas's Zarando Calva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Castillo Floranes in the 38th minute of play. Zarando Calva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Castillo Floranes in the 40th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Shi Jian to make the kick off. Zarando Calva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Castillo Floranes, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 55th minute Juventud Valiosa were awarded a corner. Marcelo Masa went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Juventud Valiosa's Marcelo Masa to fire away a dangerous shot which Zarando Calva despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Shi Jian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zarando Calva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Castillo Floranes in the 59th minute of the match. In the 59th minute, Gwidon Seliga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 61st minute Shi Jian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cuero Ezquierdo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Juventud Valiosa defense, Shi Jian kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cuero Ezquierdo. The Juventud Valiosa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cuero Ezquierdo should have stopped the shot. Zarando Calva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Castillo Floranes, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Castillo Floranes in the 68th minute of play forced Atlético de Caracas's goalkeeper Zarando Calva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juventud Valiosa made a substitution. Eamon Guerrero replaced Marcelo Masa. After 70 minutes Atlético de Caracas's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Castillo Floranes who took care of the corner kick. A collision led to Juventud Valiosa getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Eamon Guerrero hit a great ball. Aires Laguno scored 1-2 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cuero Ezquierdo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 81st minute Aires Laguno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cuero Ezquierdo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Juventud Valiosa's goal looked a bit too open when Shi Jian came free, but Cuero Ezquierdo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Atlético de Caracas's Zarando Calva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Castillo Floranes in the 85th minute of play. Cuero Ezquierdo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Janes Gobbelijns in the 88th minute. 88 minutes into the game, Janes Gobbelijns recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cuero Ezquierdo. Janes Gobbelijns showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. A hard shot 92 in the game by Siro Arancibia from a close distance when the talented Cuero Ezquierdo managed to make a qualified save. Juventud Valiosa's players were relieved. Siro Arancibia did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-4 to the left of a surprised Cuero Ezquierdo 92 minutes into the match. 95 minutes into the match, Juventud Valiosa's goalkeeper Cuero Ezquierdo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Shi Jian. Arlo Arruta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zarando Calva read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. A collision led to Atlético de Caracas getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Siro Arancibia hit a great ball. Atlético de Caracas played a much better game than Juventud Valiosa and deserved their victory. The Juventud Valiosa players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
