Stasio Bienienda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Atilano Esiquio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind La Guardia Imperial's goalkeeper Atilano Esiquio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s attentive Dacian Tilea managed to snatch the ball when Evaristo Elorri made a throw-in in the 13th minute of the game. In the 14th minute, Zhao Sen Yang ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Atilano Esiquio was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After a rather tough play, La Guardia Imperial's Severino Romano got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 23rd minute, Carlos Teves ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ivan Chiuzbaian was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. An unexpected shot in the 25th minute by Zhao Sen Yang got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 32 minutes into the game, Zhao Sen Yang recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Atilano Esiquio. Zhao Sen Yang showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Olov Ahlbeck quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Evaristo Elorri, made in the 36th minute of the game. A sloppy throw-in by Evaristo Elorri in the 41st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s İlhami Akyazıcı. 44 minutes in the game Benigno Bermund did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Carlos Teves. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s attentive Bernardo Di Piazza managed to snatch the ball when Evaristo Elorri made a throw-in in the 51st minute of the game. Zhao Sen Yang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Atilano Esiquio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zhao Sen Yang's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. In the 58th minute, Zhao Sen Yang left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- were awarded a corner in the 68th minute after La Guardia Imperial's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Stasio Bienienda took the corner. Stasio Bienienda made a great header on Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s corner, it was just that La Guardia Imperial's Atilano Esiquio managed to reach the ball for a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zhao Sen Yang in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Atilano Esiquio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Atilano Esiquio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zhao Sen Yang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 95 minutes into the game, Zhao Sen Yang cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Atilano Esiquio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. For all the effort they put into the match, the La Guardia Imperial players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-.
