Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rolando Alley kicked off to start the match. Ghostbusters CF's La Vela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aires Laguno in the 5th minute of play. La Vela stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aires Laguno's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. La Vela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Janes Gobbelijns, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. La Vela came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Atlético de Caracas's Rolando Alley. But to his dismay, Rolando Alley quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 18th minute, Cazimir Jitaru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 20thth minute of the game Janes Gobbelijns who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ghostbusters CF's La Vela was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pompiliu Crainic in the 24th minute of play forced Atlético de Caracas's goalkeeper Zarando Calva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Atlético de Caracas's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Pompiliu Crainic was slow to take the kick. During this time Ghostbusters CF's players had a chance to rest. 35 minutes into the match, Atlético de Caracas's goal looked a bit too open when Lorenzo Garin came free, but Zarando Calva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aires Laguno in the 36th minute of play forced Ghostbusters CF's goalkeeper La Vela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Janes Gobbelijns blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without La Vela having to make a save. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Atlético de Caracas's Siro Arancibia was substituted for Maxim Cernei. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lorenzo Garin made a kick off. After 54 minutes, Aires Laguno mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atlético de Caracas and the Ghostbusters CF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 54th match minute, Atlético de Caracas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aires Laguno to maneuver through the defense. Ghostbusters CF's La Vela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shi Jian in the 58th minute of play. Zarando Calva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynaldo Pinto in the 62nd minute of play. La Vela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aires Laguno in the 67th minute of the match. Reynaldo Pinto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zarando Calva having to interfere. La Vela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shi Jian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. La Vela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shi Jian in the 73rd minute of play. In the 75thth minute of the game Shi Jian who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ghostbusters CF's La Vela was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 81 minutes of play, Atlético de Caracas's Aires Laguno made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. La Vela was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 86th minute, Shi Jian ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. La Vela was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. There was no doubt that Atlético de Caracas were the better team. Atlético de Caracas's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
