In the 10th minute Metod Mlynar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Caseda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Fabio Capellan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nahia Igual sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Ubendu Laguna fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ayapata FC's protests and gave Ubendu Laguna a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Ayapata FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Ubendu Laguna hit a great ball. In the 18th minute Metod Mlynar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Caseda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes in the game Beltza Abel did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Simon Colmenero. Carlos Caseda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oliver Holub, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the game, Oliver Holub was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Slovakia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ayapata FC the free kick. Carlos Caseda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vavrinec Koleno, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 34th minute Oliver Holub shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Caseda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute of the match Slovakia got a corner. Ayapata FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Pavol Koleno ran over to the corner to take the kick. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Metod Mlynar to strike the kick off in the second half. Nahia Igual fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henrich Slany having to interfere. Metod Mlynar hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 60th minute, Chinto Cerdeira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Henrich Slany tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
